Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and promote our services to a wider audience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Promotional Materials
Design and create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to showcase our services and expertise.
Market Business ServicesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our expertise and the value we can bring to their businesses.
Plan and Control Budget and ExpendituresWork closely with our finance team to develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring that we achieve our goals while staying within budget.
Act as Spokesperson for an OrganizationRepresent our company at industry events, conferences, and other marketing opportunities, showcasing our expertise and building relationships with potential clients and partners.
Assist in the Preparation of Communications MaterialSupport the development of communications materials, including press releases, media kits, and other materials, to help us tell our story and promote our services.
Initiate and Maintain Contact with the MediaBuild and maintain relationships with media contacts, securing press coverage and promoting our services to a wider audience.
Gather, Research and Prepare Communications MaterialConduct research and gather information to support the development of communications materials, ensuring that we have the latest insights and data to inform our marketing strategies.
SupervisionThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for supervising a small team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThe Marketing Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and a focus on attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
