The ideal candidate for this role at Pharmascience will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes. As a Lean Project Manager Intern, you will analyze and identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement action plans, and lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a change agent and facilitator to drive process improvements using Lean tools and methodologies.
- Develop and implement action plans to address identified opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Analyze trends in results and track the benefits of implemented projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to employees involved in or impacted by process transformations.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance group to promote high-quality processes and challenge the status quo.
- Train Operations teams on Lean principles and tools.
Requirements:
- 2nd or 3rd year student, Bachelor in Engineering
- Recognized certification in continuous process improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good teamwork skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to communicate in French and knowledge of English
- Ability to write and interpret technical documents
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
