  • Carry out a variety of cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing floors
  • Utilize vacuum cleaners to eliminate dirt and debris
  • Dispose of waste in trash cans and other receptacles
  • Clean windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain appearance
  • Perform minor repairs on heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Coordinate with contractors for significant repair needs
  • Conduct regular safety and security inspections
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture and equipment as needed
  • Handle routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall patching
  • Care for plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Clear snow and ice from pathways and parking areas
  • This is a permanent position offering 30 hours of work per week
  • Proficiency in English is required
