Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Jagga Sweets Ltd. as a key member of our dining room staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, presenting menus, and making recommendations on food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity throughout the shift.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
