Job Description

Renaud Consulting IM/IT Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Business Intelligence and Analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Management

Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting performance parameters.

Stakeholder Management

Meet with stakeholders and project team members to define problems and provide resolutions.

Problem Solving and Analysis

Formulate statements of problems, establish procedures for development and implementation of project elements, and obtain approval to proceed.

Project Monitoring and Control

Prepare plans, charts, tables, and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems, and work with a variety of project management tools.

Project Closure

Obtain project sign-off by all stakeholders, ensuring that the project was completed on time, within budget, and with no loose ends.

Qualifications
  1. Senior Level Experience

Must propose a resource that meets the SENIOR level with a minimum of 10 years of cumulative experience.

Professional Certification

Must demonstrate that the proposed Senior Project Manager resource holds certification, such as Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Experience in IM/IT Environment

Must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that the proposed SENIOR level Project Manager resource has Five (5) years of experience within the last Ten (10) years in an IM/IT environment, performing tasks such as developing and tracking metrics to monitor project performance, promoting and documenting project management best practices, and documenting and championing process improvement initiatives.

Agile Project Documentation

Must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that the proposed SENIOR level Project Manager resource has produced Agile project documentation, including scope documents, resource/cost projections, schedules, and performance metrics.

Project Experience

Must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that the proposed SENIOR level Project Manager resource has managed at least Three (3) projects within the last Ten (10) years in an IM/IT environment, performing tasks such as managing all phases of business intelligence, data warehouse, and analytics software development projects, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
