Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner to join our team at Connect Hearing. As a Hearing Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, conducting hearing loss evaluations, and recommending the best-fit solutions.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a competitive salary and full benefits package. You will have the opportunity to work with a strong network of Hearing Care Professionals and make a difference in the lives of your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client counselling, product education, and recommendation to ensure a happy and meaningful relationship
  • Conduct hearing loss evaluations and recommend the best-fit solution
  • Continuous care for existing clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Communicate with clients, their families, physicians, team members, and third-party payees
