A typical day:
Your role as a Customer Order Coordinator begins with being available for incoming inquiries. Typically, dealer calls account for about 20% of your workday, while the remaining requests are processed from email tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. Throughout your day, you will collaborate with various internal partners: Transportation, Distribution, Production, and Sales, among others. This collaboration enhances your understanding of our internal processes and products, preparing you for future career advancement within the organization. Quiet moments during the day are ideal for enjoying a coffee while leveraging your knowledge of ERP and Microsoft tools to improve our internal and external operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to excellence in every interaction;
- Strong problem-solving abilities, a positive demeanor, and meticulous attention to detail;
- Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written, is essential for serving our U.S. clients;
- Capability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Self-motivated with a strong initiative and quick learning aptitude;
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX) is advantageous.
