Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
  • Investment Advice: Provide expert investment advice to clients, including portfolio management and asset allocation.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial needs and provide regular updates on their investment portfolios.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our financial services team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and other financial software.
  • Area of Specialization: Financial planning, financial examination, financial investigation, investment underwriting, mortgage brokering, financial technology, investigation, wealth management, and accounting.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, and a team player.
