Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong communication skills? Do you have experience in process management and a passion for delivering high-quality results? We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team at Global Excel Management Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure ongoing operational activities are managed effectively and comply with established requirements, expectations, and timelines.
  • Take ownership of communications with the BPO site and play a pivotal role in identifying gaps in collaboration with the BPO site, Operations Team Leaders or the BPO Director within current and future activities, systems, or processes.
  • Recommend solutions for operational and service excellence and facilitate the implementation of solutions with the BPO site within expected timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor inventory management and coordinate resource allocation with the BPO site and escalate adequately to stakeholders as risks become known.
  • Facilitate the implementation of audit programs for applicable activities by liaising with the Quality Assurance Committee and the BPO site.
  • Support the Operational leadership team in ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and the implementation of initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
  • College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Operations Management, Vendor Management, BPO Management, Process Management, or Project Management.
  • Strong background in understanding operational processes and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with Hindi and Telugu being an asset.
