Role Summary:
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will leverage your expertise to assist pet owners in selecting the best nutrition and supplies for their beloved companions. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of pet enthusiasts, enjoying the fulfillment that comes from helping pet owners every day. If you are eager to expand your knowledge and grow within a top-tier pet retail environment, this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing transactions and assisting customers with purchases
- Managing merchandise orders and handling various administrative tasks
- Stocking small items, including pet supplies and household goods, in the sales area
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries and stocking larger items (up to 50 lbs)
- Performing additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail or customer service
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Outgoing personality with strong customer service abilities
- Capability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Reliability in meeting scheduled attendance, including weekends and evenings
- Access to dependable transportation
