Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods
