Job Description

ProViso Staffing is seeking a highly skilled IT Delivery Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Risk Technology team, you will be responsible for managing IT projects and initiatives that support the Global Risk Management department and several trading desks in Global Banking and Markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT projects and initiatives to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT managers to establish the yearly roadmap of technology deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain project management documents, including cost, timelines, scope, governance, and communication plans.
  • Work with business stakeholders and technology groups to coordinate projects and run the bank activities from inception to delivery.
  • Communicate project status and escalate issues to Operations Sponsor, Director, and VP as required.
  • Ensure documentation and archiving of project activities, deliverables, tools, and findings for future reference.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in technology project management, including projects using Google Cloud.
  • Proven experience in delivering projects to Risk departments and/or Capital market clients, specifically Trading desks.
  • Excellent communication skills with Risk and Front office traders, and technology experts.
  • Experience with project delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Ability to produce presentation and workflow views for Senior Management reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Market Risk Management.
  • Experience with People management in an IT organization.
