About the Role
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Guiding the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Coaching on effective sales strategies and techniques
- Mentoring the sales team to optimize sales processes and achieve overall dealership goals
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a franchise dealership with a proven track record of increasing gross profits while maintaining leading CSI scores
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, motivational, interpersonal and motivational skills
- Strong understanding of automotive sales, inventory management, and department profitability
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License with no demerit points
