Brand Momentum Inc. is excited to present an opportunity for a Retail Sales Representative, working 15 hours per week within a designated territory. This position involves traveling within your assigned area to manage and promote a top-tier consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility in selected retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing retail strategies, including product distribution, display creation, and shelf organization.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with store management.
- Providing ongoing merchandising support, including shelf maintenance, planogram adjustments, and stock level management.
- Compiling and submitting daily reports as required.
- Offering insights and feedback to identify growth opportunities for the business.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with the public and store staff.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in utilizing various reporting tools and computer applications (Excel).
- Adaptability to a constantly changing market landscape.
- Willingness to travel overnight when necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 15 kg and stand for extended periods during in-store activities.
