About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at Zhoudong Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and commercial facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Shipping Methods: Research and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods for our clients.
  • Schedule Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
  • Assemble Containers and Crates: Prepare containers and crates for shipping, ensuring they are properly labeled and secured.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure they match invoices and other documentation.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping: Accurately record and maintain internal records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data.
  • Route Goods to Storage: Ensure that goods are properly routed to designated storage areas within the warehouse.
  • Pack and Unpack Goods: Pack goods for shipping and unpack goods received, ensuring they are properly handled and stored.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to ensure they are properly secured and handled.
  • Process Payments: Handle payments for goods and services, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week, with occasional overtime required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
