Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Metro Boys Curry House Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
Estimate and Manage InventoryEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
Work SettingRestaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere and tight deadlines.
Physical DemandsCombination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent oral communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
