Job SummaryThe Orthopedic Technologist will work under the direction of orthopedic/plastic surgeons and in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team of professionals in the fracture clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Provides care to clients with orthopedic problems through the application, adjustment, and removal of cast splints and traction fittings following medical orders.
- Works under the direction of orthopedic/plastic surgeons and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- May be required to travel between and work at all Osler sites.
- Knowledge and use of basic computer programs preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
