Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated In-Home Childcare Specialist to provide nurturing care for children in a private household. This role requires a commitment to ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months of relevant experience in childcare.
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking household.
  • Optional live-in accommodation available at no charge, though this is not a condition of employment.
  • Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, and feeding of infants and children.
  • Guide children in personal hygiene and social development.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy home environment.
  • Organize activities, including games and outings for children.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
  • Supervise and provide care for children.
  • Transport children to and from school and appointments.
  • Support the emotional well-being of children.
  • Assist children with homework.
Work Schedule

The position requires a commitment of 40 to 44 hours per week, with the opportunity for temporary employment.
