Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at PARWINDER K MROCK & OMKAR S MROCK. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a related field, such as healthcare or social services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment:

Our clients live in their own homes, and as a Home Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including private homes, apartments, and condominiums. You will be required to travel to different locations and work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
