Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales staff and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders for merchandise as needed.
  • Authorize merchandise returns and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Create and manage work schedules for the team.
  • Engage in selling merchandise and promoting store offerings.
