About the Role

Troy Mills is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Household Management: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and perform other light housekeeping and cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of our clients' homes and properties.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently and perform physical tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, patience, and honesty.
