About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Shop Assembler to join our team at Innofab Millwork Corp. as a key member of our cabinet shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Assemble Wood Products: Ensure that all wood products meet our quality standards by inspecting and assembling them with precision and attention to detail.
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings to understand the requirements of each project.
  • Pack and Ship Orders: Pack items for shipping and distribution, ensuring that they are properly labeled and prepared for delivery.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory using computerized inventory control systems, ensuring that all products are accurately tracked and stored.
  • Load and Unload Products: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, ensuring that they are handled with care and precision.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
