**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you'll be responsible for installing furnaces, air conditioning units, and accessories, as well as hot water tanks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Install and maintain heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, and accessories
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Keep work vehicles clean and organized to maintain a professional image

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
