Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Zee Liquor Ltd. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating a cash register, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions, and processing returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store displays.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
