Position Overview

As an Automotive Body Repair Technician Trainee at Les Entreprises Éric Hénault inc., you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the essential skills required in the auto body repair industry.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Replace various components including front ends, body parts, doors, and underbody sections.
  • Prepare surfaces for repair by filing, grinding, and sanding as necessary.
  • Utilize masking and taping techniques to protect auto body surfaces prior to painting.
  • Address dents, buckles, and imperfections using appropriate tools such as hammers and blocks.
  • Remove damaged parts like fenders and panels, and install new components through bolting or welding.
  • Repair or substitute damaged glass elements including windows and windshields.
  • Employ soldering tools or plastic fillers to mend holes, dents, and seams effectively.
  • Utilize frame and underbody pulling equipment to straighten bent frames.
Experience Level

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
