- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
