Position Overview

As a Beverage Service Specialist at Avondale, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our patrons in a vibrant pub environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide insightful recommendations on food and beverages.
  • Order Management: Take and relay orders accurately to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Service Excellence: Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Transactions: Present bills and accept various forms of payment, including cash and credit cards.
  • Compliance: Enforce liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and responsible environment.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to uphold cleanliness standards.
