Position Overview:

A role as a Wealth Associate at National Bank provides an opportunity to demonstrate your skills in collaborating effectively with clients and team members. In this position, you will assist wealth advisors in delivering outstanding service that fosters long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist investment advisors in delivering exceptional client service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Execute routine financial operations, including the buying and selling of securities and necessary transaction modifications.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions for all investment accounts while ensuring thorough follow-up.
  • Review, create, and maintain client files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate reports for portfolio management.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of client files, including scheduling meetings and organizing agendas.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management standards.

Qualifications:

  • A completed college or university diploma in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the banking, insurance, or financial sectors.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
