Position Title: French Language Quality Assurance Tester

Role Overview:
Amber is on the lookout for a French Language Quality Assurance Tester to become part of their team in Montreal on an as-needed basis. Comprehensive training will be offered to candidates lacking prior experience.

  • Evaluating video game titles for linguistic, visual, and cultural discrepancies in French
  • Identifying and documenting translation errors, contextual inaccuracies, and cultural subtleties
  • Suggesting solutions to elevate the standard of localized content
  • Working collaboratively with a diverse team of QA testers

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French at a native level
  • Familiarity with mobile, PC, and console platforms
  • Enthusiasm for video games and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in English for professional communication

Compensation Package:

  • Initial hourly wage of 17 CAD
