Job Title: Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Blair Holdings Limited. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, and clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Stocking and Supply Management: Stock linen closet and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Facilities Support: Provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers, and wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Specialized Tasks: Strip old finish from wood surface, wax and polish floors, and sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs.
Requirements:
  • Certifications and Licenses: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation and own vehicle.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, and combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, flexibility, reliability, and team player.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The work setting is in an urban area, office building, and commercial building. The language of work is English.
