Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of warehouse operations.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve labor efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the supervisory and management team to develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the storage and shipping of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Develop and implement control methods to maintain a high level of labor efficiency.
- Participate in related projects and tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Experience and/or education in a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a unionized storage or distribution environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to make sound recommendations based on systematic evaluations.
- Ability to provide guidance, motivation, and training for development of the team.
- Ability to cultivate, manage, and foster a diverse team of employees.
- Familiarity with office and SAP computer tools.
