Job Title: Senior/Principal Resource Geologist

SRK Consulting (UK) Ltd is an independent, international consulting practice providing globally integrated consulting services to the international mining and metals sector.

We are seeking a Senior/Principal Resource Geologist to join our team in Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mineral resource estimation and technical reporting
  • Due diligence project reviews
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Grow consultancy skills within the broader global consulting group

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of applied resource estimation experience in an exploration or operational capacity
  • Professional registration with Association of Professional Geoscientists of British Columbia (PGeo), or eligibility to obtain it
  • Strong geostatistical skills and proficiency with computerized resource estimation tools
  • Sound geological understanding of mineralized deposits with 3D geological modeling skills
  • Experience with modern implicit modeling tools will be beneficial
