- Assist with cancellations and modifications to travel schedules.
- Utilize computerized reservation systems to book transportation and accommodations.
- Offer clients detailed information regarding destinations, transport options, accommodation choices, and travel expenses.
- Proficient in travel software packages.
- Experience in group travel arrangements.
- Background in call center operations.
- Knowledge of travel in Western, Central, Eastern, and Northern Europe, as well as South America, Africa, and Asia.
- Strong client focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
