Chinook's Edge School Division is seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Success Coach to join our team in the community of Penhold.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized learning plans to support elementary and middle school students in achieving academic success.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
• Provide guidance and support to students in areas such as academic planning, goal-setting, and time management.
• Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and educational best practices to ensure effective support for students.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement strategies to support student success.
