Position Overview

The Food Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our culinary team at GUAC MEXI GRILL. This position requires a strong leader who can ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Equivalent Experience: Consideration will be given to candidates with relevant experience
Work Environment
  • Conditions: Noisy and hot environment
  • Setting: On-site customer service with a willingness to relocate
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
  • Train staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Recruit food service personnel
  • Ensure food quality and service meet established standards
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports
  • Establish and manage work schedules

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
