Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at JobCart Inc. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Picking and Packing: Select and pack orders efficiently and accurately, meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.
  • Warehouse Operations: Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, performing cycle counts as needed to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
  • Forklift License: Must have a valid forklift license.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to speak, understand, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Computer and iPhone Knowledge: Basic computer and iPhone knowledge is required.
  • Reliability and Trustworthiness: Must be reliable, trustworthy, responsible, and punctual.
  • Drivers License and Vehicle: Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, including repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
