About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at HRV Construction Ltd. as a Painter Helper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Material Handling: Transport materials to and from construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Mixing and Applying Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required for the project.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, following manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Environment: This is an on-the-road job with a permanent employment duration.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to meet project demands.
