About the Role

Enercare Inc., a leading provider of energy-efficient products and services, is seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for designing and delivering API and messaging-based integration solutions that drive business value and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Integration Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop integration solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance on integration technology components, including API architecture, design, and development.
  • Integration Software Components: Design and develop integration software components, including specifications, audit controls, exception and error handling, security, retention, procedural or recovery logic.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to team members on integration technology components.
  • Project Planning: Participate in project planning processes and represent integration expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning meetings and provide guidance on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits, and impacts.
  • Architectural Design: Architect integration designs at the project level and collaborate with team members to build and review solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality through unit and functional test implementation and execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to architectural design, automated testing, continuous integration, and build management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Programming, Systems, or Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of TIBCO integration/development experience, with expertise in API architecture and design, development, and SOA experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO administration, configuration, and tuning, as well as experience with web services, SQL, and Unix.
  • Certifications: TIBCO certification is a definite asset.
