About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team at EZEE DECK & RAIL LTD. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners of buildings
  • Fully tape and embed tape in compound to ensure a smooth finish
  • Measure, cut, and fit drywall sheets to meet project requirements
  • Position and secure drywall sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists
  • Apply multiple coats of joint compound to fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coats to dry
Work Environment

As a Drywall Installation Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying locations. You will be required to work at heights, in dusty conditions, and in noisy environments.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in drywall installation is an asset
  • Ability to work at heights, in dusty conditions, and in noisy environments
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
