About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Rebar. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement logistics plans to ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support business operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
