We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Labourer to join our team at Marjolaine Dion C.O. et RH. As a key member of our paving operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of asphalt paving projects.

• Mix, Pour and Spread Materials: You will be responsible for mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
• Level Earth to Fine Grade Specifications: You will need to level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure that the paving surface is even and smooth.
• Pave and Rake Asphalt: You will be responsible for paving and raking asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
• Remove Rubble and Debris: You will need to remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
• Tend or Feed Machines: You will be responsible for tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Direct Traffic: You will need to direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure the safety of workers and the public.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
• Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
• Physical Demands: This role is physically demanding and requires manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Transportation: You will need to have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.
• Language: The primary language of this role is French.
