  • Leadership and Management

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a non-profit or indigenous organization.
  • Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
