Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement IT strategy and enterprise architecture to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and articulate business needs and requirements
  • Propose and implement solutions that deliver value and meet business needs
  • Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analysis for proposed systems and solutions
  • Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and alternatives to senior and executive management

Requirements:
  • Completion of a recognized degree or diploma program in computer science, business administration, finance, or information systems
  • Minimum 10 years of IT-related experience, with a minimum of 5 years of domain experience in business analysis, systems analysis, and process analysis
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
  • Experience in creating systematic and consistent requirements specifications in technical and user-friendly language
  • Experience in building trust and creating excellent working relationships with partners and stakeholders
