Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandise levels, and staff performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
