- Linen Handling: Carry and replace linens as needed to maintain a tidy environment.
- Cleaning Duties: Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs to uphold hygiene standards.
- Bus Pan Operations: Load and manage bus pans and trays efficiently.
- Storage Organization: Place dishes and kitchen items in appropriate storage areas.
- Sanitation: Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchenware.
- Take-Out Packaging: Prepare and package food for take-out services.
- Stock Management: Restock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure availability of fresh ingredients.
- Kitchen Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
- Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as required.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Employment Duration: This is a permanent position.
- Work Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
