**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Affairs Technician to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide essential support to our teams by conducting in-depth legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough legal research to support teams in preparing documents, pleadings, and other legal materials;
  • Draft, review, and format contracts, agreements, requests, letters, forms, and other documents;
  • Organize and maintain files to ensure they are accessible and up-to-date;
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to gather information, plan meetings, and respond to requests;
  • Ensure timely submissions of documents, notifications, and procedures;
  • Support teams in maintaining compliance with laws, regulations, standards, and certifications;
  • Perform other related tasks.

**Requirements**

  • Degree in legal technology or law, an asset;
  • Previous experience, 5 to 10 years in a similar role;
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Attention to detail and respect for deadlines.
