Waste Collection Operator - Join Emterra Group's Dedicated Team

Emterra Group is looking for skilled Waste Collection Operators to become part of our dynamic team. Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Safe operation of a Class 3 refuse collection vehicle (with air brakes)
  • Adherence to established collection schedules
  • Collection of waste from designated locations
  • Strict adherence to safety protocols
  • Conducting regular vehicle inspections and maintaining documentation
  • Effective communication with management
  • Proper disposal of collected materials at designated facilities
What We Require from You
  • Valid Class 3 driver's license with air brake endorsement
  • Clean driving history
  • At least 1 year of experience operating Class 3 vehicles
  • Strong safety awareness
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and engage with the public
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screening
  • Dependability and a collaborative spirit
