Your Opportunity:

This position offers a unique chance to provide evidence-informed services as an Occupational Therapist in a dynamic healthcare setting. You will work with individuals, groups, and communities to enable meaningful occupations and promote independence.

About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive services, including triage, screening, consultation, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. You will work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-informed services to meet the needs of individuals, groups, or communities
  • Act as a direct service provider, consultant, educator, or advocate
  • Engage individuals, groups, and communities to enable meaningful occupations
  • Support clients to achieve optimum functional abilities and independence
  • Collaborate with clients and families to determine, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation plans

Required Qualifications:

Completion of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program. Registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT) is also required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

As required.
