Job Title: Pharmacy Supply Assistant

Ladysmith Wholehealth Drugstore and more incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Prescription Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of prescription information to ensure patient safety and compliance.
  • Prescription Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prescriptions, including patient information and medication details.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing waste.
  • Compound and Package Medications: Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products according to established procedures and regulations.
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the pharmacy team, including reception, telephone, and appointment management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
