Poste d'Analyste financier

Adecco Canada recrute actuellement un Analyste financier pour un contrat d'un an à Montréal QC (Saint-Laurent). Ce poste est un rôle hybride qui nécessite une combinaison de compétences en comptabilité financière, en analyse financière et en gestion financière.

Responsabilités
  • Réaliser des modélisations financières de brut à net alignées avec les stratégies de tarification et de contrat.
  • Assister à la préparation des cycles de Plan, Mise à jour et LBE de la Division Immunologie.
  • Compléter la révision, le suivi et l'analyse des dépenses en Immunologie.
  • Fournir des informations financières aux groupes soutenus concernant les objectifs d'impact.
  • Aider les Chefs de Produit à établir les budgets de Plan, Mise à jour et LRP.
  • Travailler, au besoin, avec le Responsable Financier de la Division et diverses fonctions internes d'AbbVie concernant les POCNs et Contrats en Immunologie.
  • Rassembler des données provenant de multiples sources (par exemple, IQVIA, Programme de Soutien aux Patients, etc.) pour examiner les factures des payeurs publics et privés en Immunologie.
  • Compléter les provisions mensuelles pour l'Immunologie en étroite collaboration avec l'Accès au Marché, l'Excellence Client (Trade), le Marketing et le Responsable Financier de la Division.
  • Fournir un commentaire mensuel des résultats par rapport au budget.
  • Préparer les réconciliations mensuelles des comptes.
  • Effectuer des analyses financières Ad Hoc sur demande.
  • Améliorer continuellement les processus.
  • Effectuer des tests SOX.
  • Réaliser des audits de conformité rotatifs.
Exigences
  • Désignation professionnelle (CA, CGA, CMA ou MBA).
  • Quatre à cinq ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente.
  • Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office (c'est-à-dire Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles.
  • Connaissance de JDE, SAP, TM1 et ASPIRE considérée comme un atout.
  • Maintenir son efficacité dans un environnement dynamique avec des tâches, des situations, des responsabilités et des parties prenantes changeantes.
  • Établir et maintenir de bonnes relations avec l'équipe et les autres collègues/management.
  • Takes actions to achieve goals (proactive/shows initiative).
